Country group Midland will play in Fort Wayne

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – The Clyde Theatre announced that country group Midland will play a show in Fort Wayne on Saturday, November 9, 2019, at 8 PM.

Midland is a Texas-based country group consisting of Mark Wystrach (lead vocals), Cameron Duddy (bass guitar, background vocals) and Jess Carson (lead guitar, background vocals). The group was signed to Big Machine Records in 2016, and with a unique style and musical blend of both classic and modern country, has found the formula for success. The group has released charting hits, including “Drinkin’ Problem” and “Make a Little.”

Both singles were taken from their 2017 debut album “On the Rocks,” which was received with great critical acclaim and described as “the year’s best country album” by Chris Richards of The Washington Post. The group has also received numerous award nominations and won the Academy of Country Music Award for New Vocal Duo or Group of the Year in 2018. The group’s most recent singles, “Burn Out” and “Mr. Lonely” have been met with similar success.
