FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – Donna Kessler is the owner of Calhoun Street Soups, Salads, and Spirits. It opened in 2007 and quickly morphed into the bar-restaurant that so many in the Summit City know and love.
But Donna had another passion…tea. That’s right. She initially thought CS3 would be less of a night spot and a more laid back sandwich place. While it wasn’t her vision, the success of the establishment and it’s catering business is undeniable.
But starting Monday, Donna’s vision will come to life just across the street from CS3. The deli and tea house, with a coffee shop-type environment that will fill the space at 1932 S. Calhoun, just across from Calhoun Street Soups, Salads, and Spirits. Kessler’s organic deli and tea shop will also feature obscure baked goods and sell apparel.
Delightfuls will open Monday, April 9, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
